Exterior repaint in Aurora, Colorado

This is a project in Aurora, Colorado that has not been painted in many years. The cedar siding has areas where the stain that has completely weathered away. In order to rejuvenate this property we had to power wash and wire brush all the failing areas to create a sound surface for our solid stain to bond. After a thorough preparation process we applied a Sherwin Williams Solid Color Deck Scapes stain. We sprayed and back rolled the material to work the stain into the siding filling and sealing small cracks in the siding. The back roll application helps create a uniform finish that last longer then the conventional spray application.
